Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the garments are in brand-new condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
